Cancellations or Reschedules made (24 hours), or less before an appointment will be subject to a charge of 50% of the service rate. A NO SHOW will be charged 50% of service charge. Cancellations made via email (lockwood0818@gmail.com) or phone call/text (513)817-7652 sooner than 48 hours before an appointment will be processed without penalty. I will not accept any appointments that are more than 30 minutes late. Your appointment will be canceled. I will be happy to work with you to reschedule if you communicate with me about not being able to make your appointment. Please note that once you have booked an appointment with me, it means that I have reserved time in my schedule exclusively for you. Understand that through communication, I can run a successful business and provide the best service to my clients.
